Work progressing well at Harrogate’s premium office space

Whilst we have all been enjoying the break over the festive period, the team has been working tirelessly at 55 Grove Road. The scaffolding is now down and the floor is almost ready for the new polished concrete to go down. The polished concrete will really give of that industrial look and feel and you can already see what a visually stunning space 55 Grove Road is going to be.

The windows have arrived and are being installed right now, and the majority of the roof is now on and ready to be slated. Once the new concrete floor has been laid, the main staircase can be installed which will allow us to show people around. The main staircase will also have that modern industrial look with a metal frame and concrete infill steps.
